U.S. Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and ship from the MatthewBruch.com warehouse in New York. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Orders placed before 12:00 EST Monday through Friday will be processed same day, and orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day.

All orders within the continental United States receive complimentary standard shipping via UPS Ground. Standard UPS Ground shipping has an average delivery window of 1-5 days for destinations within the continental United States.

Expedited shipping via UPS is available for an additional charge calculated at checkout. Rates vary by location and does not guarantee Saturday delivery.

 

International Shipping

MatthewBruch.com offers international shipping worldwide with limited exceptions through DHL. Rates and delivery windows vary by region. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for local duties & taxes in their country.  Customers may request a refund on local duties & taxes paid on returned merchandise by contacting DHL directly. If for any reason customer is not willing to pay the corresponding duties & taxes the return shipment will be deducted from total amount refunded.
