Return Policy

MatthewBruch.com accepts returns on unworn items within 14 days from the day you receive your shipment. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition with all tags and labels intact.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or greater are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. All sale items purchased with an additional discount code are considered Final Sale.

Please contact customerservice@matthewbruch.com to request a return authorization form and start the return process. Once you receive your return authorization number you will be supplied with the following address to ship your return to:

MatthewBruch.com does not provide return shipping; you are responsible for shipping your return after you have received your return authorization. Please ship all returns via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Once your return has shipped please provide us with the tracking number so we can ensure there are no issues with your return shipment.

Returns will be processed and refunded within 3-7 business days of receipt.
