Return Policy

MatthewBruch.com accepts returns on unworn items within 7 days from the day you receive your shipment. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition with all tags and labels intact.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or greater are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange without exception.  

Please contact customerservice@matthewbruch.com to request a return authorization form and start the return process.

MatthewBruch.com does not provide return shipping; you are responsible for shipping your return after you have received your return authorization.

Returns will be processed and refunded within 3-7 business days of receipt.

 

U.S. Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and ship from the MatthewBruch.com warehouse in New York. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Orders placed before 12:00 EST Monday through Friday will be processed same day, and orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day.

Orders $500 or over within the continental United States receive complimentary standard shipping via UPS Ground. Standard UPS Ground shipping has an average delivery window of 1-5 days for destinations within the continental United States.

Expedited shipping via UPS is available for an additional charge calculated at checkout. Rates vary by location.

 

International Shipping

MatthewBruch.com offers international shipping worldwide with limited exceptions through DHL. Rates and delivery windows vary by region. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for local duties & taxes in their country.  Customers may request a refund on local duties & taxes paid on returned merchandise by contacting DHL directly. If for any reason customer is not willing to pay the corresponding duties & taxes the return shipment will be deducted from total amount refunded.
